See how it works

Bee There LLC · 2014

Your community in the palm of your hand.

BeeThere is the easiest way to discover the awesome events happening around you. With BeeThere, you can build a personal feed of events based on where you are, who you know, and the groups you are a part of. Never again waste your valuable time trying to find where the fun is at.

BeeThere was an iOS app, released in February 2015. It is no longer on the App Store; this site is a record of it.

What it did

Four things, in the app’s own words

Find what is on

BeeThere helps you find awesome events around you.

Follow the buzz

Follow other people, groups, organizations and venues to see what the buzz is in your community.

A feed that knows you

When you follow a person, the future events he or she hosts will display in your events feed.

Make your own

Create an event and promote it through the BeeThere app, or share it to other social networks.

Why it existed

Finding out where the fun is at, without the group chat

BeeThere takes the work out of being social by helping you connect with your community in ways never before possible!

The feed was the product: a list built from where you were, who you knew, and what you were already part of.

The events were already happening. The problem was hearing about them.

The feed

Four kinds of account to follow

People

Anyone who wants to know what their friends are going to.

Groups

Societies, clubs and teams that run things regularly.

Organizations

Nonprofits, schools and community bodies with a calendar to fill.

Venues

Bars, halls, theatres and markets that want to be found on the night.
